Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos for verification.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
